For over fifteen years, Denise Wilkerson has been a consultant to many Fortune 500 companies, for assistance in meeting HR compliance laws, organizational development, recruitment and retaining of talent. She has a combination of skills through an educational background in health care and human resources. Denise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing,  a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development including certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society of Human Resource Managers. Prior to recruiting, Denise worked in health care management.  She was recognized for her work in developing organizational systems, process improvement, and problem-solving ideas.   Denise expertise is in areas such as; recruiting and retaining top talent, group development and change, organizational planning and the implementation of HR strategic plans. She is also well versed on ethics, values and legal issues in HR and employment law.

Randy Wilkerson joined the firm in 2007 as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to Global Edge, Randy worked for several Fortune 500 companies in the area of sales and marketing and management. Randy holds a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Marketing and Management. He also has a Master’s in Business Administration. His extensive background in sales and marketing assists clients in the development of strategic plans to meet and exceed sales goals.

To continue to grow professionally, we are involved on a local basis in the Springfield Area Human Resource Association, a charter organization of the Society for Human Resource Managers.  Global Edge abides by the National Association of Personnel and Staffing Services Standards of Ethical Practices and is a charter member of National Association of Personnel and Staffing Services through the Missouri and Kansas Search and Staffing Association.
