Global Edge offers various search assignment options customized to meet the needs of our clients.   These include:

Retainer-Engagement Search- The retainer-engagement search may be selected when a position must be filled within a specific time period (i.e., senior level positions- CEO, CFO, VP).   Due to time elements, your search is prioritized and all candidates are presented to you on an exclusive basis.  The recruitment team will work with your company to define the qualifications and type of individual to meet the needs of your company.   Candidates are pre-screened and presented to your company along  with references to expedite the hiring process.  To begin, a non-refundable engagement fee is required, with final payment due upon the candidate’s date of hire.   Upon successful placement, this option also offers our clients a 90-day money back guarantee.

Exclusive-Contingency Search -An exclusive search is primarily utilized by clients with high-priority needs.  In exchange for prioritizing the client’s search, Global Edge obtains a 30-day exclusive agreement to work on the particular search.  During this 30-day period, the client agrees that no other recruiting firms will work on the search assignment.  As an exclusive -contingency search, our fees are payable only when you hire a candidate we represent.  This option offers our clients a 90-day full money back guarantee.

Contingency Search– The contingency search option provides our clients an option to meet on-going staffing needs.  To begin a contingency search, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required upon the initiation of a client company’s first search assignment.  This fee will be applied toward any future placement fees.   The contingency search option offers the client search and recruitment services for three (3) months or until a placement is made, whichever comes first.  Final payment  for any placement will be due 30-days from the candidate’s start date.  This option also offers our clients a 30-day money back guarantee.

Fees

All fees are employer-paid.

Recruitment fees are generally based on the number of positions recruited and the total amount of resources utilized in the search instead of a traditional fee schedule approach.   For clients interested in filling multiple positions, we are pleased to offer a low flat fee structure competitive within the industry.
