Job Description: The Customer Service Manager is responsible for fielding customer calls and processing orders and requests involving product inquiries, sales orders, sales literature, product samples and handling inside sales.   Additionally, the manager will coordinate orders with the manufacturing and shipping departments to ensure timely shipment of products to customers.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four year college or university. A minimum of three years of customer service management experience within a medical device company.
