| Job Description: | Influences the development and drives, through direct supervision of product managers, the execution of Hypodermic Platform marketing strategies meeting Business and Unit objectives. Oversees Hypodermic product managers who are responsible for developing and maintaining product marketing plans to produce maximum sales, growth and profitability. Establishes and maintains a strong competitive position through strategic and tactical identification of marketing opportunities. Emphasis is on managing product managers primarily responsible for regional execution, with global responsibility for regional product support and regional readiness for product launches. |

| Requirements: | Suggested minimum of 10 years of business experience in the medical device industry with a minimum of 6 years in product and/or market management.
