Denise Wilkerson, Recruiting Director
Denise Wilkerson, Recruiting Director, founded Global Edge Recruiting in 1997 as an Executive Search Firm committed to the search and recruitment of top sales, marketing and management professionals for clients within the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech marketplace.
Denise received her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Southwest Baptist University. After graduating, she held both training and executive-level leadership roles in various health care companies in the Springfield, Missouri area.
Denise is an active member of the Mid-America Association of Personnel and Staffing Services, Central-Southern Missouri Chapter. She also holds a CPC, Certified Personnel Consultant title through the National Association of Personnel and Staffing Services (NAPS).
In 1997 after assisting a friend in securing his first pharmaceutical job, Denise discovered the fun and fulfillment of career placement and being a recruiter. She decided to pursue this as a career and opened Global Edge Recruiting Associates, LLC. Ten years later, Denise still displays the same enthusiasm for the profession.
Denise explains, “Over the years Global Edge has become a partner in the hiring process with many major healthcare companies across the world. We have made many friends, in both our clients and our candidates. Many of our clients have used our services since the business started over ten years ago."
