Job Title: Biotechnology National Sales Manager, Human Biologics
Location: San Francisco, CA
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Salary: USD $90000 / Year
Our client is a life science company specializing in the supply of human biologics (stem cells, human primary cells and tissue) for research and clinical trial programs nationwide and around the world. Through state-of-the-art cell manufacturing laboratories, they offer biologics to the largest global network of hospitals and clinics to push research and studies forward more efficiently. In this role, you will manage a team of inside and outside sales representatives.
Travel: 50-60% travel; Based near San Francisco
Compensation: Base salary $90K on up depending upon background. Overall potential $200K.
- BS/BA degree is required in life sciences. Biotechnology major is strongly preferred
- Laboratory sales experience recommended – biologics. Prior successful sales history selling biotechnology products and/or services desired
- 2+ years of sales management experience required
- Experience coaching and mentoring sales teams. Proof of success.
