Job Title: Medical Sales Representative
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Salary: USD $50000 / Year
Our Client is seeking a Medical Sales Representative for a regional sales role to sell to physicians in the medical office, ambulatory surgery center and hospital environments. A proven track record in B2B sales is a must. Past successful experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales (outside of POD) is a plus. This organization is a growing 503B Outsourcing Facility with a strong product pipeline. Their industry success has allowed them the opportunity to expand. This high volume, fast paced specialty sales role which features an outstanding income potential.
Salary: Position offers a base salary and an uncapped commission. Total compensation range potential $80-100K+. Company benefits including health, PTO, participating 401K, and a great work environment with a growing organization.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of successful documented sales success (B2B and/or pharmaceutical/medical sales)
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize, organize and maintain effective time management skills.
- Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment and maintain professional and positive manner.
- Ability to manage large territory with overnight travel
Responsibilities: Meeting or exceeding the sales and revenue targets for each product within the territory. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the marketing plan for each product. Deliver the product messages in an accurate and persuasive manner that is consistent with the marketing plan and results in utilization of client products. Manage the territory and develop a routing that provides for maximum efficiency.
Education Requirements: 4-year degree (BA or BS)
Experience Requirements: 3+ yrs. of sales experience. Documented track record of success.
