Job Title: Product Manager, Medical Devices
Location: San Francisco, CA
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Salary: USD $100000 / Year
The Product Manager supports all marketing activities, including the development and implementation of marketing strategies, market analyses, marketing penetration planning, brand management, marketing communications, development and analytics. Primary responsibilities include strong emphasis on upstream marketing, market research, data collaboration, business development and marketing strategies with downstream product management.
Base salary: Starts at $100,000 and goes up depending upon experience. Additional bonus incentives of 20K per year may be offered.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related area; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years experience in product marketing
- Experience in medical/surgical device industry a must.
Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for product marketing activities, including brand management, market analyses, product development, training of sales personnel and dealers and customer support. The position provides advice to the sales team from an independent and neutral perspective, backed up by market/product analysis and studies. The position works closely with the marketing team in market strategy planning, implementation and daily marketing activities.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related area; MBA preferred.
Experience Requirements: 3+ years experience of managing product marketing activities in medical/surgical device industry
Desired Skills: Marketing; excellent verbal and written communication skills excellent leadership and team management skills
Qualifications: 3+ years experience in product marketing; experience in medical/surgical device industry
Travel/Sales Territory: Regional
