Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical Research Capital Equipment
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Salary: USD $85000 - 95000 / Year
Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a direct sales role selling capital equipment into pharmaceutical, biotech and research institutions. The position will call on these companies within the California region. Project management experience and experience selling capital equipment is strongly preferred. Life science and/or engineering sales background is a must.
Salary: Position offers a base salary and commissions. Base salary range starts at $85,000 and goes up depending upon relative experience. Uncapped commission potential
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or relative area
- 3+ years experience selling capital equipment into pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and research institutions.
- Project management experience preferred.
Responsibilities: Prepare project proposales and quotes for production equipment business. Communicate regularly with customers to ensure project scopes are well-defined. Good working relationship with channel partners.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or relative area
Experience Requirements: 3+ years experience selling capital equipment into pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and research institutions. Project management experience preferred.
