Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager, Medical Devices
Location: Des Moines, IA
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Salary: USD $80000 / Year
Due to growth our client is seeking a Regulatory Compliance and Business Operations Manager. In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day operational activities including inventory management, on-time delivery of products from a distribution center, customer service, review of commercial contracts with hospitals, IDNs and GPOs, and oversight of domestic regulatory compliance. This role involves logistics, contract management and customer services skills.
Compensation: Salary dependent upon experience.
Location: Des Moines, Iowa

- Bachelor of Science or equivalent preferred, MBA a plus.
- Must possess a broad range of experience in the medical device field, including regulatory, supplier management, inventory management, and commercial contracts.
- The person must be familiar with applicable Quality Assurance requirements, including ISO and FDA requirements.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, familiarity with ERP & CRM systems a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel to domestic trade shows on occasion.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher required; MBA Preferred
