Job Title: Veterinary Sales Representative, Equine Diagnostics
Location: Orlando, FL
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Salary: USD $50000 / Year
Due to growth within the US market, our client is seeking equine diagnostics sales representatives. This position is will call on veterinarians in the Southeastern United States. The position will require 75% travel. The position will sell a laboratory diagnostic test for the equine market. Sales representatives must be adaptive, flexible and have strong communication skills. This requires a strong knowledge of the equine industry at a professional level for selling and educating veterinarians on this new product.
Compensation: $45-50K base plus bonus potential
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business required
- Must have prior experience selling equine products to veterinarians (Professional level equine products). Ability to understand clinical information/outcomes and discuss this information with veterinarians.
Responsibilities: The Territory managers will be expected to communicate products value to equine veterinarians mostly face to face, via the phone or in a presentation expertly and meaningfully.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business required
Experience Requirements: Must have prior experience selling equine products to veterinarians (Professional level equine products). Ability to understand clinical information/outcomes and discuss this information with veterinarians.
Desired Skills: Veterinary sales experience; preferably in equine
Qualifications: The Territory managers will be solely responsible for achieving growth, sales targets and related sales objectives within their given territory spending 75% of their time on the road. Leveraging and monitoring sales leads while executing sales techniques and processes At all times to demonstrate excellent account management and customer service/engagement skills throughout the whole sales process, building and maintaining a rapport necessary to ensure brand loyalty with new and existing customers.
Travel/Sales Territory: 75%; Southeastern US
